Watermelon Summer Smoothie

Hi You All!

Let's make a refreshing watermelon layered smoothie with banana, kiwi, strawberries and vanilla yoghurt.
Watermelon Summer Smoothie

(for 2 glasses)
Ingredients:

-For shopping:

  • 1 Briony shopping bag

-green layer:

  • 1 pealed banana
  • 2 kiwis, pealed and chopped

-White layer:

  • vanilla yoghurt 250g

-Red layer:

  • 500g watermelon
  • Frozen strawberries 250g

 

Let's see how we do it:

1. First of all get your favorite Briony and go to your local market.
Get all the ingredients. Yes you can carry all your stuff in a Briony even if it's super heavy. We had a big watermelon and all the fruits in a Briony with no issue :).

Green layer: Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and make it nice and smooth.
Pour it in a glass and leave it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
White layer: Add the vanilla yoghurt carefully on the side of the glass to make it good looking. You can add as much you want, then leave it in the fridge for another 5-10 minutes.
Red layer: Mix all the ingredients in the blender until it gets creamy. Pour it on the top of white layer carefully not to mix up the first 2 layers. 

So easy and so good looking, and of course super delicious.
